We had a great car count and over 150 competitors during the day. We were scheduled to start at noon with go-kart heats but the rain we received Friday made it really hard to get things going but the track crew was able to get everything worked in by 1 giving many fans a great show.
We Started with go-kart features and Mechanic Races. 12 Kyren Porter picked up the points championship in the Jr. Sportsman Class, in the Junior Class Kristen Voss was the Champion, and in the Stock class 1s Sarah Voss picked up the win and the Championship.
In the Yellow Book Hobby B 13x Adam Revier from Glencoe Jumped into the lead until lap 18 when when 7s Shawn Harms from Green Isle worked his way by him to pick up the win. Second was Reveir Third went to the hard Charger moving up 7 spots was 21 Chad Fortwenger from New Ulm and Fourth was72x Josh Fischer from New Ulm and Fifth went to 4 Cole Robinson from Green Isle. In the Points the Champion Was 7s Shawn Harms Second 72x Josh Fischer Third 87x Joe Provincher Fourth 13x Adam revier and Fifth was 50 Randy Reinhart.
In the Liberty Station Hobby A 00 Brad Schnepf From Waseca Led the Race from Start to finish and held off 33 Ben Enter for the win and also picked up the points Championship. Second was 72 Chris Issacson from New Ulm Third went to 19k Pat Kohn From Glencoe 74 Tim Pessek From Hutchinson took Fourth and Fifth was 11 Rod Manthey From Norwood. In the Points 00 Brad Schnepf won Second was 72 Chris Issacon Third was 33 Ben Enter and Tieing with him was 19k Pat Kohn From Glencoe Fourth went to 48 John Albrecht from Glencoe and Fifth was 38b Brad Becker from Gaylord.
In the 95.7 The Blaze Wissota Midwest Modifieds 72 Tyler Limoges From Redwood Falls Worked his way through the feild in a few laps and was leading on lap 8 and picked up the win. Second was 97 Ryan Schuleusner from Hector Third went to 35 Joe Maas Fourth was 22s Rich Shuelke from Howaard Lake and Fifth was 0 Cody O' Malley from Fairbult. In the Points 96 Charlie Zander won the Championship Second was 18 Todd Farrel Third went to 74 Dustin Engleke Fourth was 35 Joe Maas and 47 Travis Schurman took Fifth.
In the Annhilator B&B Racing Chassis IMCA Stock car class 92 Dan Mackenthun from Hamburg took the early lead but on lap 12 71d Shawn Bruns from Danube worked his way by him and went on to win the race Second was Mackenthun Third went to 87 Brent Uecker from Hutchinson Fourth was 36 Tom Suess From New Ulm and Fifth was 99 Paul Burger from Belle Plain.
In the Points 31 John Polifka from Glencoe Picked up the Championship Second went to 92 Dan Mackenthun from Hamburg Third was 87 Brent Uecker Fourth was 36 Tom Suess and Fifth was 23 David Moriarty From Jordan.
In the US Army IMCA Sprint Cars 2 Neil Stevens Led from Start to Finish 00 Brandon Allen Worked his way threw the feild and tryed a few times to get by Stevens but held on to Second Third was 55 Bruce Allen From Mankato Fourth was 21 Dwain Wilmes from Kasota and Fifth was 7 AJ Stevens From Bingham Lake.
In the points 2 Neil Stevens picked up the Championship Second was 55 Bruce Allen Third went to 21 Dwain Wilmes From Kasota Fourth was 29 Keith Beckler from Litchfeild and Fifth was 9s Ritchard Smith from Mankato.
In the Sport Compacts 00 Cody Schnepf led from Start to finish Second was 07 Dean Wolff Third was 75 Josh Telecky Fourth was 10 Logan St. John and Fifth was 83 Dan Jacobus.
In the New Country MN 93 IMCA Modifieds The Lead was passed back a few times between 5 Brandon Beckendorf and 74 Clint Hatlestad. Hatlestad ended up dropping out on the final lap giving Beckendorf the lead and the win. Second was 10 Andy Timm From Mankato Third went to 66 Jerry Wren from Howard Lake Fourth was 18 Ken Dallman and Fifth was 1x Adam Voss From Arlington. In the Points 5 Brandon Beckendorf from Danube picked up the Championship Second was 12 Chad Porter Third was Andy Timm Fourth went to 74 Clint Hatlestad and fifth was 555 Damon Haslip from Waseca.
In the Figure 8 Race 1 Adam Voss won Second was 1v Joe Voss Third was 74 Tim Pessek Fourth was 48 Parpart and fifth was 31 John Polifka.
In the Chain Race 31 John Polifka won Second was 92 Dan Mackenthun Third was 711 Lance Westphal Fourth was 74 Tim Pessek.
In the Trailer Race 92 Dan Mackentun Scored the most laps and Picked up the win Second was Adam Voss Third was 31 John Polifka and Fourth was 1v Joe Voss.
